How do I return an item?

Dry Corp, LLC return policy states that if the product is returned unused within seven days a refund will be issued to the retail customer. Outside the seven day period, there is a 90 day product replacement warranty. That is the retail customer will be given a replacement for defective, or wrong sized products.

Resellers- will receive a credit memo for any returned or defective product. Simply cut out the “Dry Pro” logo on the rubber of the protector and send it back to: Attn: Returns, 349 Military Cutoff Road, Wilmington, NC 28405. Along with the swatch of rubber, please include your company name and the UPC code designating which product is to be credited. Once we receive the product we will issue a credit memo for product replacement on your next order.
