Dry Corp, LLC (an affiliate of Dr. Arch, Inc.) return policy states that if the product is returned unused within seven days a refund will be issued to the retail customer. Outside the seven day period, there is a 90 day product replacement warranty. That is the retail customer will be given a replacement for defective, or wrong sized products. You, the reseller, will receive a credit memo for any returned or defective product. Along with the swatch of rubber, please include the UPC code designating which product is to be credited. The most effective way to market the Dry Pro, is to make sure that the doctors in your area know that you are carrying Dry Pro. We facilitate this by providing your location with complimentary brochures that allow you to add your address to have doctors refer their patients to your facility. Getting these brochures and brochure holders up in your local doctor’s office is the key to building your business with the Dry Corp line of products. If you ever need more brochures regardless of your need to order product we can provide them to you at no charge. With minimal effort and no extra cost to your facility you can build traffic to your store and increase sales. Shipping. Wholesale orders are shipped Via UPS or FedEx Ground.
