We strive to get your order out the door within 24 hours of placement. Depending on the time of day, we can either get your order out same day or next day. We offer Standard (3-5 Day) shipping, Expedited (2-3 Day) shipping and Priority (1-2 Day) shipping. 

Once your order is in our system, we generate a tracking number that is sent to your email. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, please fill out the form to the right and we will send the tracking number to you.

We want to emphasize, measure twice - buy once! Sizing is very important in order for the DRYPRO to work properly. While the product is non-returnable for a refund, we will gladly assist in getting you a size exchange. We only ask that you pay the associated Shipping & Handling fees. Please fill out the form to the right with your Order # and let us know which size you need instead. If you are unsure of the size you need, please ask us to recommend one to you based on your measurements.

We will do our best to assist in cancelling an order if you need to - but be aware that we utilize all of our inventory channels in order to get your shipment out quickest. If you do not cancel your order almost immediately, it has likely gone into processing and shipment already.
